temp: copy phosh related patches from v20.05 branch

It was decided, that we let all patches go through master (edge channel) first, before applying them to v20.05 (stable channel).

In phosh, the pkgver was set to 9999, so it is always prefered over Alpine's version (in v20.05, Alpine's version had a lower pkgver already). The other pmaports were copied without modification.

I suggest we apply possible modernizations (to meson calling etc.) in follow-up MRs, so they can easily be cherry picked to the stable channel afterwards.

I've verified that everything builds for aarch64. This needs to be tested before merging.
