WIP: temp/gnome-initial-setup: fork from Alpine to apply Purism's mobile specific patches and install by default

This way users can select the language they want their system to be and can connect to the first wifi network.
WIP currently as language selection doesn't actually work, the language of the system is never changed. This is strange as the same application seems to work fine for @Cogitri on his GNOME on Alpine system.
