[v20.05] Megapixels 0.7.0

Administrator requested to merge feature/megapixels-0.7.0 into v20.05

This release shows actual errors to the users instead of segfaulting (like when a camera is killswitched). It also no longer requires the config file at /etc/megapixels.ini, it will load the correct config from /usr/share/megapixels/config/$dtbname.ini or fallback to /etc/megapixels.ini
