linux-postmarketos-allwinner: Add support for the newer PineTab panel
This MR enables support for the Pinetab with the new panel
It contains fixes for #819 (closed) for the Allwinner kernel.
I know that there is progress to rebase on 5.9 but this is an intermediate solution to enable pmOS on pinetab for early adopters.
