main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: remove nemo from _pmb_recommends as workaround

Administrator requested to merge v20.05-nemo-workaround into v20.05

Remove nemo temporarily, until #834 (closed) is fixed.

This is a trivial, but critical workaround. Merging as soon as CI passes.
