WIP: openauto UI

This is a WIP branch for adding an openauto UI, this makes it possible to use a postmarketOS device as a android compatible headunit in a car.

Also thanks to @PureTryOut for the initial packaging

Here's the version from the archlinux aur running on my laptop:
