samsung-dream: new device (Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+)

Administrator requested to merge device/samsung-dream into master

This adds the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ device (samsung-dream{lte,2lte})

Selecting the dream device codename during pmbootstrap init it will prompt you whether to install the kernel for the dreamlte (S8) or the dream2lte (S8+) variant.

It will use the same kernel but with a different android master dtb image.

What works:

  • Boots
  • Flashing kernel with heimdall
  • Android recovery install
  • Display with framebuffer
  • Touchscreen
  • Battery (charging-sdl)
  • Wifi (with nonfree firmware)

Needs additional testing:

  • Sensors (might need some firmware for the sensorhub)
  • FDE? (probably works since charging-sdl works)
  • Audio? (alsamixer shows many controls...)
  • USB OTG?
  • Camera?
  • ...

@grimler could you please verify that everything is packaged correctly and it works also for the S8+ ?
