devicepkg-dev: patch Makefile.common too

Remove -Werror from Makefile.common files too, as found in the xiaomi-latte downstream kernel (!1692 (closed)).

I've verified that this doesn't cause problems with kernels that don't have Makefile.common kernels by running the script on the lg-mako downstream kernel.
