New Device: samsung d2vzw

Administrator requested to merge device/samsung-d2vzw into master

All basic features are working; even the LCD, battery, USB OTG, and touch screen work. However, I haven't found out how to enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so that I can get another way of internet connection.
