linux-postmarketos-exynos4: Add kernel patches to fix charging
This ads some patches to fix charging on the Galaxy S2:
- max8997-muic now also handles CHGINS and CHGRM irqs
- max8997-charger subscribes to extcon events and enables charging
I got the current values from the downstream kernel but they seem a bit low. It uses 450 mA when connected to USB and 650 mA when connected to a dedicated charger.
Maybe someone with expertise in this area could take a look.
Also sneak in a kernel update to the latest 5.8 5.10 patch release.
