device-samsung-i9100: use exynos4 as mainline kernel

Administrator requested to merge i9100-exynos4-kernel into master
  • switch to shared exynos4 mainline kernel for Samsung Galaxy S2 (i9100)
  • remove unused linux-samsung-i9100-mainline
  • update linux-postmarketos-exynos4 to 5.9.12
  • add patch to fix regression introduced in 5.9 that broke touchscreen on i9100
  • disable exynos3 and 5 kconfig
  • disable tracing and debugging options to speed up things
  • use DATAFS for rootfs (FACTORYFS is too small for most pmos installations)
