WIP: xiaomi-lancelot: initial support

Xiaomi Lancelot (redmi 9) source code was released this morning, with a few changes (disabling selinux) and installing gcompat within the chroot for some of xiaomi's binary tools it is possible to boot into weston, no input support yet and it seems to be stalling on flash reading.
