samsung-coreprimevelte: new device

Administrator requested to merge samsung-coreprimevelte into master

The device boots up, SSH over USB, and the touchscreen works. However, it reboots every four minutes - presumably some hardware watchdog or the modem problem similar to samsung-jena. WiFi is not working yet, but internet over USB does.

The bootimage is different than general devices, the special pxa-mkbootimg (included in this MR) is used for creating it. I haven't found a way to automatize this with pmbootstrap, but it's possible to pmbootstrap export the files, then manually create the boot image.
