huawei-kiwi: rework to use mainline kernel
Reworks huawei-kiwi to use (close to) mainline kernel.
Currently msm8939 is not really supported by pmOS. This MR builds on https://github.com/vknecht/msm8916-mainline-linux/tree/v5.9-rc7-idol3.
Seems like xiaomi-ferrari is getting mainline support as well.
As there is no shared kernel package and https://github.com/msm8916-mainline/linux does not contain any msm8939 code, it uses my own fork. Once there is a better solution, please take my commits and clean this up ;)
I did not manage to get sd-card working and vknecht could not port it with their device.
