based off from lineage os, manages to boot including ssh over usb.

had to disable:

  CONFIG_HTC_RADIO_SMEM
  CONFIG_HTC_MODEM_NOTIFIER
  CONFIG_MSM_SMP2P
  CONFIG_UIO_MSM_SHAREDMEM

[ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
