lg-d855: update arch to armv7

I've updated the corresponding files for the device. The kconfig change was necessary to stop the associated build error listed in the wiki.

I've tested the build on my own device - the boot process works with at least weston, xfce4, and fbkeyboard (though weston is the only one where anything is displayed). Using SSH to connect to the device via USB works.

Thanks! I think it should be even possible to reset the pkgrel to 0 as we're changing the arch but I'm not 100% sure, so you can keep it like this for now.
