xiaomi-dior: new device ( (Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G )

Works:

• Framebuffer works
• Weston works
• Wifi works
• Battery status is working, but charing-sdl is a little bit broken. (Which cannot start correctly at the beginning, but when pressed power button, it could show up properly.
• FbCon (Frame buffer console) is working. I know FbCon of some old xiaomai devices (e.g. xiaomi-armani) are not working, maybe my patches of fb could be used too.
• X windows are working. (Same as above, I fixed a lot of bugs related to fb)
• Hardware buttons are working.

Do not work

• No drm driver for this device, so other UI are not worked.
