Package ricochet (ricochet.im)

Administrator requested to merge feature/ricochet into master

Ricochet (https://ricochet.im) is an anonymous chat platform. There are currently no tor-relayed chats in postmarketOS, so I thought it would be reasonable to add it. The interface is comfortable to use on a medium-sized screen (tested on beryllium).

All features work, no crashes were reported.
