main/qtwebbrowser: add missing dependencies

Administrator requested to merge fix/qtwebbrowser-missing-dep into master

When qt5-qtquickcontrols and qt5-qtgraphicaleffects are not installed, qtwebbrowser shows a blackscreen at start and prints errors comparable to module "QtQuick.Controls.xxx" is not installed and module "QtGraphicalEffects" is not installed.

Hope I didn't miss anything, MR was tested on Phosh in QEMU.
