main/linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974: add BAM-DMUX patches

Administrator requested to merge 8974-bam-dmux into mm-upgrade

Note: This MR targets the mm-upgrade branch since it should be merged to master together with the other MRs that are needed to avoid regressions after the MM upgrade.

These are required to make linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974 work with the latest ModemManager patches, especially the patch that switches BAM-DMUX to Raw-IP mode.

Alternatively, we could merge https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/linux-postmarketos/-/merge_requests/21, update !2015 (merged) and merge that instead. But @z3ntu asked me to make this MR for now. :)
