New device: Galaxy Tab S 8.4 LTE samsung-klimtlte

Klimtlte is a sibling of chagallwifi, released in 2014, with a 8.4" screen and sim card slot.

Usb (ssh and telnet), wifi, screen and touch works with this kernel (and firmware package).

Exactly the same kernel works for chagallwifi as well, but the two devices require different configs as this old kernel uses board files, so we need two separate kernel packages.

I have updated the wiki table with the status of the pmos port, but still need to add some more information to the page.
