samsung-nevisp: moved / to larger userdata

Moved the / partition from system to userdata, which was larger.

(I was tinkering with sxmo and figured out that it wouldn't fit on system, thought that this would be a nice thing to upstream seeing as a low-overhead phone-oriented ui makes the device a lot more viable for tinkering)
