kde/frameworks: update to 5.55.0

Administrator requested to merge update/kde-frameworks into master

Build and tested on x86_64.

I took this opportunity to clean up some APKBUILDs. The changes do not affect the output of the build, so I don't think a $pkgrel bump for the non-KDE Framework packages is necessary. I will do the same for Plasma and KDE Applications once I upgrade those.
