kde/applications: update to 18.12.2

Administrator requested to merge update/kde-applications into master

I also took this opportunity to clean up the APKBUILDs. Since the output of the build didn't change I didn't bump $pkgrel for e.g. Falkon.

To prevent any $pkgrel bumps, I recommend merging this after !212 (merged).
