tablet-x64-uefi: support booting from usb 2.0

Administrator requested to merge tablet-x64-uefi-usb2 into master

While setting up a laptop for alpineconf, I've tried to boot from usb 2.0 by accident and noticed that it doesn't work. This fixes it.
