jolla-sbj: update arch to armv7

This updates the architecture for jolla-sbj as written in the wiki from armhf to armv7. Tested successfully with sxmo.

@postmarketeer pmOS on the Jolla 1 looks great! Now that the Jolla 1 became unsupported, this is perfect to experiment with pmOS on it :)
