sdm845: Add Poco F1 EBBG panel support and kernel 5.12.0 update

Hey.

  1. Kernel updated to 5.12.0
  2. A small fix by Caleb to override the LOCALVERSION to match the flavor irrespective of what is in config.
  3. Finally, with the 5.12.0 kernel release, we have added support for Poco F1's EBBG panel variant in our kernel fork. Updated the device package to support it. Variation can be chosen during pmbootstrap init.
  4. Combined both device and kernel update because it would break Poco F1 if kernel updated separately because of dts name changes.
