linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845: fix the LOCALVERSION

mkinitfs seems to have an arbitrary dependence on this kconfig option, so yes it does in fact need to match the flavour string.

At least now the git history should be enough to defer me from breaking this again...

Currently zapping and building a full rootfs (With fde) to ensure this works again, will mark as ready to merge then.
