main/linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974: upgrade to 5.12.8

Administrator requested to merge upgrade-8974 into master

Just a regular upgrade, not many exciting new things.

  • Add support for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (hlte), thx @CalcProgrammer1
  • more stuff for samsung-klte was merged upstream, so the rebase is needed
  • Changes to kernel config:
    • add support for anbox
    • add support for nftables
    • add support for lxc, docker
    • ➕ CONFIG_WIREGUARD
    • Disable CONFIG_ARM_APPENDED_DTB && CONFIG_ATAGS (for lk2nd booting compatibility)
    • CONFIG_PM_AUTOSLEEP=y and CONFIG_PM_WAKELOCKS=y were enabled manually, other options were defaulted during make oldconfig

Tested on:

  • samsung-klte (@minlexx)
  • lg-hammerhead (thx @JuniorJPDJ)
  • fairphone-fp2 (@z3ntu reported this kernel booted for him fine, but you may recheck of course)
  • maybe oneplus-bacon? (@Kanedias)
  • other devices that we support? I'mnot sure which ones though

This will allow to merge !2150 (closed)
