temp/ofono: upgrade to 9999 (1.32), match WWAN QMI ports

Upgrade ofono to 1.32. I also sneaked in some minor change to detect QMI ports provided by the new WWAN subsystem in Linux, which might be used for MSM8916/MSM8974 in the future (see https://github.com/msm8916-mainline/linux/pull/199).

Somewhat tested but after a couple of hours I realized my provider is having LTE problems and apparently it's not my fault that it doesn't work properly :D
