huawei-frd: new device

This merge request adds support for Huawei Honor 8 with downstream Android 7.0 kernel (4.1.18) from Huawei. This probably won't work on devices that have been updated to Android 8 due to changes in the partition layout.

Works:

• USB Networking
• Touchscreen
• Display (with msm-fb-refresher)
• Flashlight
• Indicator LED
• USB OTG

WIP:

• Wifi (just needs the firmware and it works)

Broken:

• Audio
• Camera
• Flashing (you need to flash boot.img to recovery partition because boot is too small)

Untested:

• Everything else
