linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8953: Update config

(About damn time I made this MR). The current config doesn't boots because it misses several config entries(the most important being cpr).

So far, this devices are the ones that are confirmed working with this config and package:

• motorola-ocean (me)
• motorola-potter (uknown) "I just tested with lk2nd master + my own extra commits, it works well enough."
• xiaomi-mido (aka_ @Kiciuk)
• xiaomi-daisy (@alikates) "I have tried it and it boots"

I will remove the draft part once they all approve.
