Administrator requested to merge phosh-disable-adaptive into master

Phosh 0.12.0 introduces filtering when the device is of a mobile type and the app is not explicitly 'adaptive'. This means a lot of apps that might otherwise work ok-ish are gone from the list.

This change disables the filtering for now. 96542055
