lg-f320: A new device port

Administrator requested to merge ds_lgf320 into master

Hello, I cleaned up a bit after my last failed MR. I ported to a new device lg-f320, it is very similar to the lg-d802 device which is already on pmaports. The device is currently using a downstream kernel of version 3.4.113 (I will try more on mainline after I get myself a UART cable). It has msm8974, and ddr3 2gb of ram. Thank you.
