main/linux-postmarketos-stericsson: kconfig check for zram

It may be worthwhile to hold this until rc2 is released and switch to that while at it, but I can't do that yet. See commit for reasoning why Anbox and nftables isn't set up.

Containers dropped because it made the device hang on boot. This might be because I didn't update the modules on the rootfs, but I didn't think of that until I started writing this.

But, this makes zram work on samsung-skomer and device keeps working.
