This update brings some big features:

Support for Xiaomi Mi 5 (xiaomi-gemini) by @cunidev
Enable CPU scaling: This improves performance by more than 2.5X on xiaomi-scorpio according to unixbench results which jump from ~1000 with only the little cluster enabled and stuck at 614.4 MHz, to 2600+ with both clusters enabled and allowed to scale to maximum frequency.
Support for host mode USB on xiaomi-scorpio and xiaomi-gemini without a powered hub.
