samsung-trltexx: new device (Samsung Galaxy Note 4)

Administrator requested to merge samsung-trltexx into master

Hey, trying to create a port for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (model sm-n910f) with Qualcomm SOC. Currently trying to get kernel to compile :)

Modifications

  • Removed patch kernel-use-the-gnu89-standard-explicitly.patch because it failed
  • Trying to compile with gcc4 because of strange build error
  • Enabled CONFIG_FAIR_GROUP_SCHED because of build error
