device-xiaomi-daisy: Add packages for mainline modem support and fix phosh.

From userspace side some packages are needed to set up the modem, so I split them in the modem-enablement package. Also Phosh needs some fixes on scaling and the clock has been moved to the right of the notch.

Finally the module for the touchscreen was missing, so osk-sdl wasn't working properly. Just added it to the initfs.

I couldn't test the changes, but in the next days I'll be able to do it with these exact commits.
