samsung-espresso3g: Update deviceinfo

Administrator requested to merge espresso into master

samsung-espresso3g supports GPU and 3D acceleration, although its non free PowerVR, enable it in deviceinfo so that we get all the UIs. Add deviceinfo_flash_heimdall_partition_dtbo="dtbo" according to the new changes in mkinitfs
