pine64-pinephone: add sensorfw configs

sensorfw is used by Waydroid (via waydroid-sensord) and the Glacier UI for rotation and other sensors.

The configs originally were for the Don't Be Evil devkit, but since the hardware is the same they should be applicable to the PinePhone too. According to @dylanvanassche some thresholds like the proximity one might need to be tweaked however.
