temp/gnome-calculator: drop gnome-calculator

GNOME 41 includes (nearly) all adaptive changes from Purism.

One of the 26 ui-adaptive patches was not included in the MR upstream, although I have not figured out why. I just asked in the MR, waiting for the reply.

We should also wait for https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/26028 before merging anyway
