sony-yuga: add wifi support

Administrator requested to merge dev_sony-yuga_firmware into master
  • Add firmware package with wifi blobs for all sony-fusion3 devices.
  • Add this new firmware package as subpackage for sony-yuga and put kernel in downstream subpackage.
  • Enable QCom Prima WLAN driver in kernel config and add a patch to fix wrong path for fetching the wifi firmware.
