sxmo ui: add bluetooth subpackage

Add a bluetooth subpackage to sxmo so that it's easier for users to use bluetooth devices with sxmo.

Note: Some functionality like audio control via lisgd and changing audio routing via pulseaudio utilities doesnt work. But installing this package, you can still make calls and do everything as before.

I cannot get the postmarketos-ui-sxmo-bluetooth.post-install and postmarketos-ui-sxmo-bluetooth.pre-deinstall scripts to work...Any help?
