wiko-lenny5: new device

This is a first testing port for the Wiko Lenny 5. For now, it uses the downstream vendor kernel which can be found at https://www.wikogeek.com/index.php?tel=73278a4a86960eeb576a8fd4c9ec6997

It boots, works on Weston and XFCE4, but not thoroughly tested yet.
