Initial configuration for the BQ Aquarius M10 FHD, using the Ubuntu Edition firmware and UBports kernel.

Boots to Weston UI, however touch screen input seems to be sent from landscape and the framebuffer is portrait. WiFi firmware is not working either at this time, but I can successfully connect over USB, and also use OTG devices.
