main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: two fixes

Administrator requested to merge fix-phosh-mm-dep-v21.06 into v21.06

  1. include the shellcheck CI fix, backported from edge.

  2. depend on mm-openrc to fix #1297 (closed)

3. not all mobile-friendly apps are marked as such, so backport !2298 (merged) discussed in chat, Martijn wanted to not backport this one. Fine with me, this is just cosmetics. Let's focus on the important fix.
