meizu-turbo: update kernel to 3.10.100 Ubuntu-based ds

Updates kernel to Ubuntu-branch of vendor sources. Adds firmware package for that kernel version. Adds user-friendly method of blocking all v4l with udev rule which is used in other PostmarketOS ports. This removes entire video4linux instead of only the failing devices, but does not require patching eudev any more.
