linux-lg-vee7e modernize aport

this change modernizes the aport for lg-vee7e, sadly it did not boot before those changes, but since i didn't touch this port since 2019 i wanted to do some cleanup first, i will try to get it booting again over the next few days, and change the arch to armv7 too.
