Add mainline based kernel for Ouya

Most things work insofar as what is implemented upstream for the Tegra 3 soc.

• There is no voltage/frequency scaling.
• The display resolution runs at 720p only because higher resolutions are glitchy.
• The grate-driver works but crashes a lot for some reason.
• All the peripherals work except for hdmi audio which I haven't spent much time on.

It is very much rough work in progress despite many the things on the surface appearing to just work. Some pretty big functionality needs to be implemented in mainline for the Tegra 3 SOC.

This patch set also makes WIFI work for the downstream kernel.
