Clean rewrite of Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (samsung-hlte) based on samsung-klte

Tested, boots Phosh just fine.

• Screen (generic panel driver, no brightness control, should be able to copy the klte kernel work there)

• Sensors/Accelerometer
